Bright and perfect hotel, we liked this place.
Stayed here with my family and everything was really good. The food was amazing with a huge variety of choice! The room was needs decor updated and available for second bedroom. The location was nice - really close to on the bus route out to other towns, the shop and the lovely Cala Santandria.

Had the apartment which was compact for second bedroom. The location was stunning for walking around Platja de Santandria. There was a great restaurant, shops and a local shop next door.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is just next to a really nice beach. Even though the beach may not be the cleanest due to a lot of algae, it is still a great spot to relax and soak up the sun. the hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy to explore the beautiful town of Ciutadella.
The public transport and taxi service in the area do not work that well, especially during high season. It is recommended to rent a car if staying here to avoid any inconvenience.

The hotel offers a variety of amenities, including a pool and garden areas. The villa was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay.
The air conditioning in the living room was not very effective. The building work happening nearby was sometimes noisy during the first week of our stay.

A simple apartment holiday in a very quiet location, the half board option was good and gave us a break from cooking for the kids. Nice pool which was never crowded with plenty of space to soak up the sun. Also a good base from which to explore Menorca, we hired a car and visited Mahon and many other little coves and beaches.
Kids play area needs updating. Functional but in need of some repairs.

Location: the hotel was not far from the very under stated unspoilt bay, the fish market and the top beaches. I found The Blarney Stone offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue...

The hotel provided a travel cot for our baby without us even having to ask. The apartment was spacious and had an extra room, which was a bonus. The location of the hotel was great, with a small park and pool nearby, as well as a supermarket and big superstore within walking distance. We enjoyed nice excursions to nearby places like Son Saura and Ciutadella.
The bathroom fittings in our room looked a bit worn and could use some renovation. The sofa bed in the lounge was very uncomfortable to sit on.
